King James's School

Enterprise Adviser: Rob Farrell

Rob is Reliance’s Training School Team Leader and has worked with Kirsty Flynn (Leader of Alternative Curriculum) on various projects over the years.

He is a keen supporter of apprenticeships at Reliance and believes “the Apprenticeship Scheme has proven to be a great way of beginning an engineering career. We are keen to recruit individuals who are motivated, honest and reliable with great problem solving and communication skills. In return for a positive approach to training, we aim to offer the best mechanical training in the region. It really is a great career opportunity for anyone who has a genuine interest in engineering and a drive to learn more.”

Careers - employers

We are proud to be part of the Kirklees Careers Hub and work closely with our Enterprise Coordinator from the Leeds Enterprise Partnership, Helen Mahoney.

As a school we have had close links with Reliance Precision and Rob Farrell for many years but we are excited to be working with him and his team as he has become our new Enterprise Adviser.
